If you aren't receiving the expected email notifications from Deputy please check:
- The emails are not going to your spam or trash folder
- You have the correct email address entered into your Deputy profile.
- For some notifications (as listed in the tables above) you will not receive an email if you have already received a push notification on your phone. In those situations, you would need to be logged out of the Deputy mobile app to receive an email instead.

If you aren't receiving the expected push notifications from Deputy please check:
- You have enabled push notifications on your phone for the Deputy mobile app.
- You have the most recent version of the Deputy mobile app installed on your phone.

SMS
If you aren't receiving the expected SMS notifications from Deputy please check:
- Your phone number has been correctly entered into your Deputy profile.
- You are in a location with a good mobile phone signal.
- Your organisation has not disabled SMS notifications.
