Deputy is software that your employer uses to simplify shift work.
Users have the option to log in and access Deputy through:
- a web browser on a computer at once.deputy.com
- as a fixed time clock through the Deputy Kiosk for iPad or Deputy Time Clock for Android or Deputy Web Time Clock
- or on their own phones using the Deputy mobile apps for iOS and Android.
Once you are logged into Deputy you can:
- check your work schedule
- swap or offer shifts to co-workers if you can't work
- pick up extra shifts
- let your manager know when you can't work
- request leave
- clock in and out for shifts and breaks
- check your timesheet
- update your own information in your account
- communicate with your team
- read your organisation's news
- let your manager know how you are feeling about your shift
