The Deputy Kiosk for iPad or Deputy Time Clock for Android are fixed time clocks that your organisation may have installed at their workplace locations.
You may be asked to clock in and out for shifts and breaks on the fixed time clock in your workplace.
There are two ways you can do this:
- logging in using the PIN you received in your invitation email to join Deputy
- or using touchless clock in to present your face to the device's camera and use facial recognition to log in and start the shift. This option requires you to have a photo uploaded to your profile in Deputy.
On the Deputy Kiosk for iPad you can:
- check your shift details
- start and end shifts and breaks
- check your schedule and timesheets
- swap and offer shifts (if your workplace allows this)
- add unavailability and request leave
- check your workplace's News Feed
- send messages on News Feed (if your workplace allows this)
- manage your tasks
On the Deputy Time Clock for Android you can:
- start and end your shifts and breaks
- check your shift details
When you start and end your shift on either the Deputy Kiosk for iPad or Deputy Time Clock for Android your manager may have enabled a setting to require a photo of your face to be taken. This photo will be stored on your timesheet.
