How can this report help my organization?
Use the Team member documents report to keep track of the HR documents attached to each team member.
What questions can this report help me answer?
- Which team members are missing X document?
- Which team members haven't uploaded requested documents?
- Which documents are expiring soon?
What is in the Team member documents report?
Summary of documents expiring soon by location
The first section of the report shows a summary of expired documents, and documents that are expiring soon.
You can use the filters at the top to filter this section of the report by Primary location and Expiring soon threshold.
The report defaults to all locations, but you can select to filter specific or multiple location if required. The data will be displayed according to the team member's primary (main) location.
The Expiring soon threshold determines the number of days before a document's expiry that it will display as expiring soon in this section. The Expiring soon threshold filter is set to 30 days by default, but you can change this by deleting the number in the textbox and typing in a whole number.

Table of Team member documents
A table showing Team members' documents reflecting the criteria selected by the filters. The drop-down menus allow you to filter the data in this table according to:
- Requested date (This defaults to the Last 30 days including today)
- Team member
- Primary location
- Document type
- Document status
The table of Team member documents contains the following data fields:
- Document Name
- Document Type (Signed document, Requested document)
- Document File Type
- Document Sub Type (Signature document, Uploaded document)
- Document Status (Signed, Uploaded, Requested, Update Requested, Rejected, or All)
- Requested Date
- Actioned Date (For a Signature document this is the signed date, for a an Uploaded document it's the upload date)
- Expiry Date
- Team Member
- Team Member Job Position (This field applies only to Enterprise accounts with customised access levels. In Premium accounts, these values will show as null)
- Team Member Created Date
- Team Member Last Modified Date
- Team Member Hire Date
- Team Member Archived Date
- Team Member Access Level
- Team Member Primary Location
- Uploader
- Uploader Access Level
Note: All date values are displayed in the format (YYYY-MM-DD 00:00:00)
