How can this report help my organisation?
Improve task management and accountability by tracking assignments, completions, and overall task performance across locations, areas, and team members.
What questions can this report help me answer?
- What is the task completion rate (overall, per team member and per location)?
- What tasks have been assigned and completed per team member?
- What are the most recent tasks that have been created or completed?
What is in the Tasks report?
Filters
The Task completion rate stat, lowest completion rate by location chart and team member task table in this report will be acted upon using the built-in drop-down menus to select specific:
- Date (This defaults to the last 30 days but you can select to filter a specific date range if required)
- Task Location
- Task Area
- Task Assigned To
- Task Completed By
Stat of Task completion rate
Percentage of all tasks completed out of all tasks created, included those completed after their due date, over the date range and criteria selected by the filters above.
Chart of Lowest completion rate by Location
A column chart displaying a visual representation of the bottom 10 locations with the lowest task completion rate over the date range and criteria selected by the filters.

Table of Team member tasks
A table displaying the tasks assigned to each team member over the date range and criteria selected by the filters.
Click on the + next to each team member's name to expand the rows of data. Click - to collapse the rows again. Clicking the + and - next to the Assigned To (team member name) header will expand and collapse all rows.
The table of team member tasks contains the following data fields:
- Team member name the task is assigned to
- % completed tasks
- Task Status (Pending, Completed, Completed Late, Overdue)
- Task Name
- Task Note
- Due date YYYY-MM-DD
- Completed Date YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS
- Created Date YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS
- Created by
Table of Area tasks
