What is in the Geolocation map report?
Filters
The map in this report will be acted upon using the built-in drop-down menus to select specific:
- Date range (This defaults to the last 30 days but you can select to filter a specific date range if required)
- Location
- Team member
- Action Type (Clock in, Clock out, Break start/end)
- Location Status (Active or Archived)
- Team member Status (Employed, Archived or null) Note: if you select 'null' for Team member Status you can produce a map of clock in and out locations and areas only.

A map is displayed based on the criteria selected using the filters above, showing the pins of the physical locations and areas as well as any clock in and clock out events plus break start/end.
The map has a key to indicate where each event took place and you can use the zoom and map control to set the view.
If you hover over a pin you can see the specific details of the clocking event:
