What is in the Emergency contacts report?
Table of team member emergency contact details
A table displaying team members' emergency contact details that can be filtered using the builtin drop-down menus to select specific:
- Primary (main) location
- Team member name
- Team member status (employed or archived)
These filter selections will only act upon this table within this report.
The table of team members' emergency contact details contains the following data fields:
- Preferred name
- Full name
- First name
- Last name
- Primary (main) location the team member works at
- Status (employed or archived)
- Employee contact mobile phone number
- Employee contact email address
- Emergency contact name
- Emergency contact phone number
Table of team member emergency contact details by shift worked
A table displaying team members' emergency contact details by shifts worked that can be filtered using the builtin drop-down menus to select specific:
- Date (defaults to select last 30 days but can be edited)
- Location
- Area
These filter selections will only act upon this table within this report.
