Use the Birthdays & anniversaries report to celebrate your team's birthdays and anniversaries at work and stay ahead of age and tenure-related compliance requirements regarding pay.

What questions can this report help me answer?

For my whole organisation or just at one location, whose birthday is coming up this month, next month or later this year.
For my whole organisation or just at one location, whose work anniversary is coming up this month, next month or later this year.

What is in the Birthday & anniversary report?

Summary of upcoming birthdays and anniversaries by location or all locations

The first section of the report shows a summary of the number of upcoming birthdays and anniversaries this month (that have not occurred yet).

The report defaults to all locations but you can select to filter a specific or multiple locations if required. The data will be displayed according to the team member's primary (main location).

Note: If you make a location selection using the drop-down menu the filter will be applied to the summary as well as the other two tables in the report.

Table of team member birthdays

A table displaying team members' birthdays for all months but you can use the filter dropdown menu to select specific or multiple birth months to view.

This filter selection will only act upon this table within this report.

Last name
Primary (main) location the team member works at
Birthday
Date of Birth
Age
Mobile phone number
Email address

Table of team member anniversaries

A table displaying team members' anniversaries for all months but you can use the filter dropdown menu to select specific or multiple anniversary months to view.

This filter selection will only act upon this table with this report.
