Please note you must be a System Administrator in your Deputy account to view or make any billing information changes.
The Deputy platform has multiple Pricing plans available and these have different billing cycles as described below:

You will be billed for an annual upfront charge for the number of users you specify on the day you sign up for the annual subscription. Any additional users added to your Annual account during each month will be billed as an overage at the end of each month |
Annually you will be billed for the number of prepaid users you have nominated when you subscribed for an annual plan or before the plan renews. Additionally, at the end of each month, the usage charge for the total number of users in your account over the number of users you pre-paid annually (overages) will be invoiced as well as the optional extras:

Note:
- If you have cancelled your monthly Deputy plan part way through the month then you will receive an invoice for that month at the time of cancellation.
- Deputy will automatically renew your monthly or annual subscription each month (or annually if you have signed up for that plan) unless you advise us otherwise by cancelling your subscription:
