Locked accounts
If your account with us has been outstanding for more than 30 days, you may be locked out of your account. You may be able to rectify this by:
- Updating your payment method
- Paying for any outstanding invoices
- Emailing our Finance team at sales-finance@deputy.com to unlock your account if you are unable to process same-day payment.
