1. Log into your account at once.deputy.com
2. Click Settings on the business you would like to review or renew.
3. Select the Plan tab and review your subscription information. You can see the date displayed that your current subscription ends and will be auto renewed.

4. If you would like to renew your annual subscription before the auto renewal date or decrease the number of users on your next annual plan 12 month period, click Renew Annual Plan.
Note: if you renew your annual plan before the stated subscription end date then 12 months will be added to your subscription starting from the date after which your current annual subscription is due to end. However, you will be billed on the date you renew.
The Renew Annual Premium Plan popup will appear where you can confirm the number of users you wish to pre-pay. It will default to display the previous annual user commitment however you can increase or decrease the number here.
5. Once you have entered the number of users you wish to pre-pay for the next 12 month plan period, click Renew subscription.
The Plan tab now shows your renewed annual subscription including the updated subscription end date and the number of prepaid user/s.
Note:
- If you are on an Annual plan then you can add additional users during the 12 month period, however, you cannot change the plan you are on or lower the number of users in your account during this period.
- In the weeks before your annual subscription is due to renew, you will receive a reminder and you can then add or reduce the number of users you are pre-paying for in the next 12 month period going forward.
- If you decide to add additional users to your Deputy annual plan throughout the year (above the number of users you specify when you renew or sign up for your annual plan) you will be billed at the time of adding them. You will be billed for the extra users at the prorated annual rate for the amount of time remaining on your initial annual term.
- You can cancel your plan before your 12 months expires, however, there are no refunds in this instance.
