1. View team member details
If the Access column for this role’s permission contains a green check mark, a team member in this role can view the team member details of their subordinates within the locations that they manage.
Note: This permission does not allow you to make changes to employee details.
2. Manage team member details and add new team members
If the Permission column for this role contains a green check mark, a team member in this role can manage (view and edit) subordinate team member details (except pay details) within the locations that they manage.
They can also add and invite new team members and receive notifications about team member details such as birthdays and anniversaries for the locations they manage.
Enabling the Access column of “View team member details” will allow you to enable this permission.
Note: To allow someone to view training records, enable the "Manage training requirements" permission located in the Business set up section of the Permission table.

3. Manage team member pay details
If the Permission column for this role contains a green check mark, a team member in this role can manage the pay details within the People tab for any subordinates within the locations that they manage.
These pay details include:
- Details in the People > Payroll section
- Bank details
- Super
- TFN
- Payroll calculation
- Payslips
- Pay rates in People > Employment details
Enabling the Access column of “View team member details” will allow you to enable this permission.
Note: To allow access to Analytics (by enabling the Business set up permission of “Manage analytics”), this “Manage team member pay details” permission must also be enabled.
