Forgotten your PIN for the Deputy Kiosk for iPad or Android Timeclock?
If you have forgotten your PIN you can:
- request it to be sent to you via email or SMS
- change it
- clock in without it but have your photo captured on your timesheet to demonstrate the correct person is clocking in
Touchless clock in isn't working for the Deputy Kiosk for iPad or Android Timeclock?
Check whether these issues are a factor from stopping you accessing Deputy with facial recognition:
- Do you have a suitable photo of yourself uploaded to your Deputy profile?
- Does your organisation allow Touchless clock in?
- Is your Kiosk connected to the internet? Touchless clock-in will not work when the Kiosk is in offline mode.
If you are unable to access Deputy Kiosk for iPad or Android Timeclock using facial recognition then please login with your PIN.
