FAQs
Can I use other functionality in Deputy, such as creating schedules, reviewing timesheets, or clocking in and out, during the scheduled maintenance?
Yes. All other Deputy functionality will continue to work as normal.
What's the best way to avoid interruptions to my business during the maintenance period?
We've scheduled this maintenance for a time when most customers do not actively use Analytics. To minimize disruption, managers should ask their teams to check and download any Analytics reports they'll need before the scheduled maintenance begins.
While maintenance is in progress, team members will not be able to access or update Analytics reports.
What happens if I need access to reports during the scheduled maintenance?
We recommend planning your reporting needs in advance and accessing the required reports before the scheduled maintenance begins. For any urgent and unplanned needs during the maintenance period, Classic reports (discontinuing) will still be available.
Why is the scheduled maintenance being undertaken?
We’re performing this scheduled maintenance to roll out architectural improvements that will make the system more scalable, consistent, and easier to manage over time.
Will this cause any data issues?
No. Once Analytics is back online, you'll be able to access your reports and associated data as normal.
