Use this report to view shift details in a list for easier review, filtering, and auditing.
What questions can this report help me answer?
Which shifts are scheduled for each team member?
Are there crowded periods in the schedule that need attention?
Are there any scheduling conflicts or overlaps in my team?
How can I filter or sort shift data to find specific patterns or issues?
What is in the Shift details report?
Filters
The stats and table in this report will be acted upon using the built-in drop-down menus to select specific:
- Date (This defaults to the next 30 days including today, but you can select to filter a specific date range if required). Note: the asterisk indicates this filter is required to be set to run the report.
- Location
- Area
- Team Member
Stats of Shift details
The first section of the report shows a summary of the number of:
- Open shifts (This displays the the number of shifts that are open and published)
- Empty shifts
- Unpublished shifts
- Unconfirmed shifts
The stats in this report will adjust according the the filters applied from the section above.
Table of Shift details
A table of shift details based on the filters applied from the section above.
The table of Shift details contains the following data fields:
- Team Member
- First Name
- Last Name
- Date (Click the sort icon to arrange by ascending or descending)
- Start time
- End Time
- Total Time
- Cost
- Total Mealbreak Time
- Total Rest Break Time
- Meal Break Times
- Meal Break Durations
- Rest Break Times
- Rest Break Durations
- Location
- Area
- Shift Note
- Open Shift
