Use the Diversity & turnover report to understand your team's turnover and diversity data.
What questions can this report help me answer?

What is in the Diversity & turnover report?
Summary stats of Diversity & turnover details
The first section of the report shows three pie charts that summarise your Team members' diversity of gender, age and length of service.
The report defaults to all locations, but you can select to filter specific or multiple location if required. The data will be displayed according to the team member's primary (main) location.
These charts show a summary of:
- Gender diversity - the number of team members in each gender category (Female, Male, Prefer not to say, and Unknown) in the Locations selected in the Primary location filter
- Age diversity- the number of team members in each age category (0-24, 25-54, and Unknown) in the Locations selected in the Primary location filter
- Length of service - the number of team members in each tenure category (Less than 1 month, 1-3 months, 3-6 months, 6-12 months, 1-2 years, 2-3 years, 3-4 years, 4+ years) in the Locations selected in the Primary location filter

Table of Team members' personal attributes
A table showing Team members' personal attributes reflecting the criteria selected by the filters. The drop-down menus allow you to filter the data in this table according to:
- Hire date (This defaults to the last 12 months, but you can select a custom time frame if you require)
- Archived date (the date the employee was archived in Deputy)
- Status (Archived, Employed or All)
- Primary Location
- Age (You can specify the minimum age or maximum age, or specify both to show team members within a specific age range. Team members with no Date of Birth entered will have their age displayed as null)
- Gender
- Tenure
The table of team members' personal attributes contains the following data fields:
- Preferred name
- First name
- Last name
- Employee ID
- Status (Employed, Archived)
- Hire date (YYYY-MM-DD)
- Archived date (YYYY-MM-DD, null)
- Primary location
- Gender (Female, Male, Prefer not to say, null)
- Age
- Tenure (days)
