Deputy HR is an add-on subscription that gives you access to HR-focused tools, improving your HR management abilities. This optional Deputy HR subscription is entirely separate from your current Deputy subscription.
How do I subscribe to Deputy HR?
If you haven't trialled Deputy HR before, you can learn more about Deputy HR features and sign up for a free 30-day trial period.
To continue using Deputy HR after your trial, System Administrators can subscribe in the Billing section of their account.
1. Log into once.deputy.com and click Settings on the business you would like to subscribe to Deputy HR.
2. On the Subscriptions tab, find HR under the Explore add-ons section, and click Subscribe.

3. Review the projected subscription costs in the Order summary section, then click Purchase to confirm your Deputy HR subscription.
Note: Customers on an Annual base plan will have the option to choose either an Annual or Monthly billing schedule for their Deputy HR subscription. Read more about our annual billing options and annual pricing for Deputy HR.
If you're on a Monthly base plan, you'll have a monthly billing schedule for your Deputy HR subscription.

You're now ready to start using Deputy HR!
Why can't I subscribe to Deputy HR?
The Deputy HR Subscribe button will not be shown in your account if:
- you're an Enterprise customer. In this case, please contact your Account Manager to subscribe to Deputy HR.
- you have a custom price for your Deputy plan. In this case, please contact your Customer Service Manager to subscribe to Deputy HR.
- your business is not based in the AU, UK or US region. The country associated with your business is selected upon its creation.
- you've subscribed to Deputy through a third-party billing service. Xero or Apple app customers will need to cancel their Deputy subscription through Xero or the Apple app store and manage their subscription directly with Deputy to subscribe to Deputy HR. Customers who have subscribed to Deputy through other third-party billing services will need to contact Support to subscribe to Deputy HR.
Note: only users with the access permission level of System Administrator have access to subscribe to Deputy HR.
