Yes, users with Location Manager, System Administrator or Advisor access can activate a Deputy extension that sends optional reminders to team members before their upcoming scheduled shift.
You can configure the reminder to be sent:
- 15min, 30min, 45 min or 1hr to 24 hours before the shift is scheduled to start
- to team members at selected locations or all locations
- excluding team members in selected areas
The notification will be sent in these two forms:
- Bell notification when the employee is logged into the Deputy website
- Push notifications on the employee's mobile will only be displayed if:
- The employee is logged into the Deputy mobile app when the notification is sent
- The employee has allowed notifications from the Deputy mobile app within their phone settings.
