You can upload your organization's logo and customize the colors used in Deputy to make Deputy look more like your organization's branding.
Users with an access level of System Administrator or Advisor can make these changes in Business Settings > General by modifying the "Theme colour" and "Business logo" options. These changes will take effect for the whole organization.
