Deputy provides many options for your team to clock in and start their shift but what if you don't want or need them to clock into each shift?
If your organization wants to be able to create a schedule and then automatically create timesheets for the shifts exactly as scheduled, then users with System Administrator or Advisor access can activate a Deputy extension that automatically starts and finishes timesheets for your team.
You can configure the extension to apply:
- to team members at selected locations or all locations
- excluding team members in selected areas
Read more about setting up this automatic start and finish extension for scheduled shifts.
Note: Shifts must be scheduled and published before the start time of the shift for the extension to work correctly and automatically start the shift.
