How can this report help my organization?
Use this report to manage employee schedule adherence and control labor costs by comparing scheduled shifts with actual hours worked.

What was the difference between a team member's scheduled hours and actual hours worked?
What was the cost variance when a team member worked hours that weren’t originally planned?
Which team members are not adhering to their scheduled shifts?

Filters
The table in this report will be acted upon using the built-in drop-down menus to select specific:
- Team member
- Date
- Timesheet Status
- Tolerance (Select the maximum difference allowed between scheduled and actual hours)
- Leave Policy
There's also a checkbox filter option:
- Exclude leave timesheets

The table contains the following data fields:
- Date
- Shifts
- Shift Hours
- Shift Cost
- Timesheets
- Timesheet Hours
- Timesheet Cost
- Hours Difference
- Cost Difference (Note: Cells will be highlighted in red if actual cost exceeds the scheduled shift cost).
