How can this report help my organisation?
Use the Training report to ensure your team's training is up to date and also get an overview of what training requirements are set up for each area in your organisation.

- Which team members have completed X training?
- Whose training is about to expire?
- What training is required to work in X area?
What is in the Training report?
Table of team member training records
A table displaying team members training records that can be filtered using the built in drop-down menus to select specific:
- Team Member names
- Locations
- Training Module Names
- Training Record Validity (Current or Expired) Note: Expired will be coloured red.
- Expiring Soon Threshold (Number of days before expiry when training is marked as 'expiring soon') Note: this defaults to 30 days but can be changed to another length of time as required.
These filter selections will only act upon this table within this report.
The table of team member training records contains the following data fields:
- Team Member name
- Training Module Name
- Training Record Training Date (MM/DD/YYYY)
- Training Record Expiry Date (MM/DD/YYYY)
- Training Record Validity (Expired or Current)
- Training Record Comment
- Training Record Created by
Table of Training requirements by area
A table displaying training requirements or modules assigned to each area that can be filtered using the built in drop-down menu to select specific:
- Training Module Name
The filter selection will only act upon this table within this report.
The table displaying training requirements or modules assigned to each area contains the following data fields:
- Training Module Location Name
- Training Module Area Name
- Training Module Area
- Training Module Comment
- Training Module Created by
Note: If you have deleted an area in the past it will still show up in the table with the prefix: Dlt-<area> in order to preserve historical records.
