The Account overview link allows every user logged into Deputy to access their global profile with Deputy.
Sometimes you may find that this link is missing from your account even though you are logged into your organisation on Deputy. There are several possible reasons for this:
1. Adjust your browser
If your browser is zoomed in to be very narrow (perhaps if you have logged into Deputy via a web browser on a small screen such as a phone or tablet) the Account overview link may disappear. To correct this simply increase the width of your browser or log into Deputy on a device with a bigger screen.
2. SSO (Single Sign-on)
If your organisation requires you to log in to Deputy using SSO the Account overview link may not be shown in your account. In this instance, you can view your global profile by logging into Deputy via https://once.deputy.com using your email and password to log in.
