This is our entry-level solution designed for customers with low-complexity needs who want to to get live on Deputy fast, with minimal fuss. It provides a simplified, best-practice implementation that covers the essentials of core scheduling and time capture. This package excludes pay-rate or payroll integration.
Foundations Package: Guided Onboarding
This is our recommended setup service for Core and Pro customers. We partner with you over a 4-week period to ensure a robust foundation:
System configuration: Guided setup of Workplaces, Roles, and Access Levels.
Pay rate configuration: We facilitate the assignment of our library pay rates and provide the training needed for you to self-manage custom rules.
Timeline: Delivered over 6 sessions. This program is capped at 6 weeks or 12 hours of total consultation.
Scale Package: Partnership Onboarding
Our premium, workshop-led implementation designed for sophisticated operational requirements. This is a strategic partnership that extends beyond basic setup:
