What is Documents?
Documents in Deputy allows you to electronically collect and manage any documents you need to collect from your team members at any time they are working in your team. If you already use new hire onboarding (AU and UK) with Deputy you will be familiar with using Deputy's online onboarding form to request and collect copies of relevant documents from your team members. Now, you also have the ability to request and store electronic copies of documents from any team member at any time, not just new hires. You can also send documents to team members to have them electronically signed and uploaded to their profile in Deputy. |
