What does Deputy HR include?

Deputy HR is a new add-on subscription that gives you access to HR-focused tools, improving your HR management abilities. This optional Deputy HR subscription is entirely separate from your current Deputy subscription.

How do I trial Deputy HR?

To see if Deputy HR is right for your business, all new and existing Deputy customers are able to sign up for a 30-day free trial of Deputy HR that will give you access to all aspects of:

• Hire
• Onboarding
• Documents
• Engagement
• Leave management (US only)

To trial Deputy HR, you will presented with this page when you click on buttons on the People tab for Hire, Onboarding, Documents or Engagement.

Click Try free for 30-days.

At the end of the 30 day period you will be asked to subscribe to Deputy HR if you wish to continue using it.

What is the cost of Deputy HR?

Additional subscription fee for all plans (except Flexi):

Monthly subscription

When you subscribe to Deputy HR from your existing Deputy plan (except Flexi) and choose a monthly billing schedule, there will be an additional cost of:

The Deputy HR fee applies to all users within your account that are not archived.

This monthly fee includes users who at any point in that month have been:

• added to your account but not invited to join Deputy yet
• sent an invite but have not joined your Deputy account yet
• sent an onboarding form but have not completed it yet

That is, if you add a user part-way through a month, you will still incur a charge for Deputy HR in that month.

If you archive a user part-way through a month you will still incur a charge for Deputy HR in that month but not the next month.

Annual subscription 

Deputy HR subscriptions are also available on an annual billing schedule, giving you a 10% discount compared to monthly billing. 

With annual billing, there are two payment options to choose from. Both give you access to the same 10% discount - the difference is how you prefer to pay.

When you subscribe to Deputy HR from your existing Deputy plan (except Flexi) and choose an annual billing schedule, there will be an additional cost of:
 

Once you sign up for an annual plan, your subscription will auto renew for another 12 months on your subscription end date unless you either choose to revert to the monthly subscription at the end of the annual period or cancel your subscription.

When you opt to pay for your HR subscription annually, you pre-pay for a nominated number of users for a 12-month period, together with your Deputy Annual plan. You can also add extra users as you go along to take advantage of the same annual discounted rate. Any overages above the number of users you've prepaid for will be charged at the full monthly fee of Deputy HR.

You can also reduce the number of users, if needed, when it is time to renew your annual plan.

Can I use Deputy HR to store documents for team members in our organization who are not currently using Deputy for scheduling and/or timesheets?

No, you can only store documents for team members that have been added to your Deputy account as a user as part of our regular Deputy plans.
