Please read an Introduction to Deputy Reports for information on how System Administrators and Location Managers can access Deputy reports.
Note that Location Managers can only see information for the relevant team members at locations they manage in Deputy.
Click on Reports and select either Attendance Report by Employee or Attendance Report by Location and then View full report.
Attendance Report by Employee
This report will give you a detailed breakdown of any employees who didn't start or finish shifts as scheduled within the selected date range.
You can filter the report by specifying:
- Date periods
- Team member's name
Once you have specified the criteria for the report, click Run Report.
You can print the report or export it as a CSV file.
Note: The table that is generated will only list shifts that are affected by attendance and punctuality as shown below. Although the shifts that were attended correctly are not listed, the report will still return a count of Total shifts by the selected employee during the selected time period.

Attendance Report by Location
This report will give you insight into the attendance of each team member, for a specific location and time period.
Managers can use this to generate a late report for selected team members.
You can filter the report by specifying:
- Date periods
- Location
- Area
- The number of minutes the team member may have been late for their shift.
Once you have specified the criteria for the report, click Run Report.
You can further sort the report data by clicking on the column headers of the table.
You can print the report or export it as a CSV file.
