Analytics+ is an add-on subscription that gives you access to Deputy’s advanced reporting and analytics tool, designed for managers who need deeper insights, greater customization, and more control over their business data. This optional add-on subscription is entirely separate from your current Deputy subscription.
How do I subscribe to Analytics+?
System Administrators will be prompted to subscribe to Analytics+ if they click on a paid feature on the Analytics tab.
If you haven't used the Analytics+ features before, you'll be given a free 30-day trial period.
To continue using Deputy Analytics+ after your trial, System Administrators can subscribe in the Billing section of their account.
1. Log into once.deputy.com and click Settings on the business you would like to subscribe to Analytics+.
2. On the Subscriptions tab, find Analytics+ under the Explore add-ons section, and click Subscribe.

3. Review the projected subscription costs in the Order summary section, then click Purchase to confirm your Analytics+ subscription.
You're now ready to start using Deputy Analytics+!
Why can't I subscribe to Analytics+?
The Analytics+ 'Subscribe' button will not be shown in your account if:
- you are an Enterprise customer. In this case, please contact your Account Manager to subscribe to Analytics+.
- you have a custom price for your Deputy plan. In this case, please contact your Customer Sucesss Manager to subscribe to Analytics+.
- you have subscribed to Deputy through a third-party billing service. Xero or Apple app customers will need to cancel their Deputy subscription through Xero or the Apple app store and manage their subscription directly with Deputy to subscribe to Analytics+. Customers who have subscribed to Deputy through other third-party billing services will need to contact Support to subscribe to Analytics+.
Note: only users with the access permission level of System Administrator have access to subscribe to Analytics+.
