Change to People tab with side navigation for Deputy HR

This article explains the differences users may see when using the People tab in Deputy depending on their geographical region or access level.

What is the Deputy HR side navigation menu?

The Deputy HR side navigation menu on the left-hand side of the People tab makes it easier for managers to access our Deputy HR features while managing your team's details.

Who can access the Deputy HR side navigation menu?

The Deputy HR side navigation is displayed in Deputy accounts in geographical regions where Deputy HR is currently available. These are:

  • Australia
  • US
  • UK

Users in those accounts with the access level of Advisor, System Administrator and Location Manager will see the Deputy HR side navigation.

Note: Deputy managers in all other regions (as well as Supervisors in every region) will still see the People tab without Deputy HR as shown below.

How to hide or reveal the menu

You can expand or collapse the Deputy HR side navigation as required by clicking on the arrow at the top of the screen near the People tab header.
