Note that Location Managers can only see information for the relevant team members at locations they manage in Deputy.
Click on Reports then scroll down to Time off & Schedules and View Full Report.
Time Off & Schedules
This report will give an overview of team members with dates on which they have approved leave or are unavailable.
You can filter by:
- Location
- Date range
- Team members Unavailable
- Team Members Scheduled
- Team Members with Leave Requested
- Team Members On Leave
- Leave Type
- Team Members with a specified Training Record
You can print the report to hardcopy or PDF if required by clicking on the printer icon.
