The location selector
The Location and Area selector on the Schedule tab is used to select the location or the area that you want to schedule for.
You can use the location selector to display the schedule for:
- All locations
- just one location
- just for one area
- multiple locations and areas of your choosing
There are two modes to make selections, either quick select or select multiple.
How do I know what selection mode I'm in?
When you first click on the Location selector you are in quick select mode but here's a handy guide to know which mode you are in:

Quick select mode
In quick select mode, you can click on the location directly from the drop-down list to select the one you want or type in the name to find it. Using quick select will open the schedule for the location or area you click on. If you need to select more than one location or area then switch to select multiple.
Select multiple
If you want your schedule to display a more curated combination of Locations and Areas:
1. Click on Select multiple in the top left of the location selector.
2. Expand and collapse the Locations
3. Click on the check boxes of the multiple Locations and Areas you wish to display.
4. Click Done to display the locations or areas you have chosen in the schedule.
Don't forget you can click on Deselect to remove any locations or areas clicked on in error.
Demonstration of selecting multiple areas
Let's look at a demonstration where the scheduling manager wishes to display all areas on the schedule that contain the word "admin".
1. Click on the location selector
2. Click on select multiple
3. Type the word "admin"
4. Click on the link to the 6 areas that match
5. Click Done.
The schedule now displays all the Areas with the word "admin" in the name. Note that the text search is NOT case-sensitive.
