Mapping your Netsuite Pay Items to Deputy Pay Conditions can be done directly in the Netsuite application.
1. Once the Deputy plugin is installed you can access the mapping by clicking Manage in Netsuite in the Deputy Pay Condition line of the Integrations Dashboard.
Once you have clicked this the Pay Conditions mapping area will open.
2. If the Deputy Pay Conditions have not been synchronised, or a new one is added to Deputy after the initial setup, click Refresh Deputy Pay Conditions to update the Netsuite application.
3. To map the Pay Conditions, tick the checkbox next to the Deputy Pay Condition when the desired Netsuite Payroll Item is selected in the Netsuite Payroll Item dropdown box.
For example, if I had a Deputy Pay Condition that was Saturday $31.47 and I needed to link it to the Netsuite Payroll Item "Hourly Wages" it would look like the below image.
4. Once you have completed the mapping, click the Assign button to save the settings. Click Back to return to the Deputy Integration Dashboard.
Filtering Netsuite Payroll Items
You can easily see which Deputy Pay Conditions are linked to each Netsuite Payroll Item by using the filter option on the top right-hand side of this screen.
When you click one of the Netsuite Payroll Items in the filter list, the screen will update to only show those Deputy Pay Conditions which are mapped to that Netsuite Payroll Item.
Example: in the below image, Hourly Wages was clicked in the filter list. The screen has then updated to only show Weekday $43.50 as it's the only Deputy Pay Condition linked to that Netsuite Payroll Item.
