Mapping your NetSuite Workplaces to Deputy Locations can be done directly in the NetSuite application.
1. Once the Deputy plugin is installed you can access the mapping by clicking Manage in NetSuite in the Workplace line of the Integrations Dashboard.
2. Once you have clicked this, the mapping area will open. You can map your Deputy Locations to the NetSuite workplaces, by selecting the NetSuite Workplace in the drop-down box. If you find that not all the Deputy locations are displaying (or some new ones have been added since the last sync), you can click Refresh Deputy Locations which will connect to your Deputy account and add any locations which have been added.
3. When you have finished mapping the Locations to the Workplaces, click Assign Workplaces to save. Once the settings have been saved, the following notification will appear.
To return to the Deputy Integration Dashboard click Back.
