enableHR
enableHR is a people management platform. This Human Resource Information System (HRIS) functions as a paperless centralised record management system that allows businesses to store and manage employee records, employee agreements, training and qualifications.
How does the integration work?
Employees onboarded and maintained in enableHR / HRA can be seamlessly integrated with Deputy’s time & attendance system through integration Hub (iHUB). Our integration will sync the employees' personal and employment data from enableHR/HRA to Deputy. This will allow employees to get started in minutes and clock in their time using Deputy.

The integration is a one-way sync from enableHR/HRA to Deputy. See below for the mapped fields and limitations.
Is it automated?
Once the integration is set up and the connector job is scheduled the integration happens automatically at set intervals. If there is a need to sync the data outside of the scheduled run, you can run the integration job manually to immediately sync the data from enableHR to Deputy.
What data can be synced?
Using the integration between enableHR/HRA to Deputy, the below fields can be mapped between the two systems to create/update employee records in Deputy.

Is there anything this integration can not support?
- Branch name (Legal name) in enableHR should have a corresponding Location name in Deputy. When the location is missing in Deputy, the employee gets created under the company's default location.
- Email invites are not sent to the newly created employees in Deputy. Read more about Inviting employees to Deputy.
How can I set up the integration?
Before you can set up the integration you will need to ensure you have:
- Set up an account in enableHR
- Set up an account in Deputy
Integration can then be set through the Integration Hub (iHUB - https://ihub.enablehr.com/) portal by enableHR account admins themselves. To learn more about iHUB refer to this article.
