Once you have connected your Deputy account to your Intuit Quickbooks Online (US) account there are a number of optional extensions System Administrators or Location Managers can configure to sync employee and sales information automatically from your Quickbooks Online (US) account to Deputy:

How to activate the Deputy integration extensions for QuickBooks Online
1. Ensure you have already connected your Deputy account to QuickBooks Online.
2. Click on the menu under your name and select Integrations.
2. Click on QuickBooks Online.
3. For your connected location, click Configure.
Once you have connected your Deputy account to Quickbooks Online there are a number of optional extensions you can activate and configure:
[Deputy] New Team member > [QB] Add Employee
If you activate this extension then any new employees you add to your Deputy account will automatically be added to Quickbooks. Please view the video below for more details on configuring this option.
[QB] New Employee > [Deputy] Invite Team member
If you activate this extension then any new employees you add to your QuickBooks Online account will automatically be added to your Deputy account and invited to use Deputy.
If you are setting your Deputy account up as a new account be sure to only activate this extension if you are happy with all the employees in your Quickbooks Online account being invited to Deputy. If you would prefer to use an option to import the employees from Quickbooks so you can review the list in Deputy on the People tab and then bulk invite them to join Deputy once you are all set up then please read this help article.
[QB] New Invoice > [Deputy] Create Sale
If you activate this extension then any new invoices added to your QuickBooks Online account will automatically be synced to the sales data in your Deputy account.
