What these icons mean

Team performance permissions
These permissions control which users can view, create and manage employee performance notes using Performance management. Since performance notes may include sensitive details, these permissions help keep that information secure.
Tip: If consistent performance tags are important in your organization, we suggest restricting Manage team performance to System Administrators.
View team performance
-
If turned ON: Users can see the Performance tab in employee profiles, and view performance data for team members they manage.
- If turned OFF: Users cannot see the Performance tab in employee profiles, and cannot view performance data for team members they manage.
Manage team performance
Dependencies: Turning this permission ON will automatically enable the following permission: View team member performance.
-
If turned ON: Users can manage team performance settings and data for team members they manage, including creating new performance notes.
-
If turned OFF: Users cannot manage team performance settings and data for team members they manage. If View team performance is enabled, they'll have view-only access.
