What are HR reports?

The HR add-on includes a selection of reports available to subscribed customers for no additional cost.

Managers can track, measure, and analyse their business data in a way specific to each business. This assists with making better business decisions based on data and evidence rather than assumptions or opinions.

Who can access HR reports?

Deputy users with an access level of System Administrator and an active HR subscription can access the HR reports within the Analytics tab within Deputy.

Team member profile audit	Investigate discrepancies in a team member's details by viewing a history of changes made to a team member's profile
Diversity & turnover	Understand your team's turnover and diversity data.
Hire	Get an understanding of the hiring progress in your organization and who is applying for jobs.
Journals	Help managers understand how their team is performing
Onboarding	Get an understanding of the onboarding progress in your organisation
Team member documents	Keep track of the HR documents attached to each team member.
Team member payroll details	Keep track and review all team members' payroll details.
Kudos report	Review all Kudos sent within your organisation, including details of the message, author, recipient, and date.
Company documents report	Review all company documents shared within your document library, including their sharing status, acknowledgement requirements, and activity history.
