In Deputy, when your team clocks in to start working we call that a shift. However, some organizations might call it something different. That's why users with an access level of System Administrator or Advisor can change some of these terms in Business settings to customize Deputy for their own organization.
How to change the term shift in Deputy
1. System Administrators and Advisors can click on the Business settings option from the profile drop-down menu.
2. Select the General tab. Under the Custom terms section, in the "Shift" text box, change 'shift' to the custom term you would like to use.
In the example below, we've used 'route' as our new term for shift.
Don't forget to click Save.
| Note: Business Settings has a new look. These updates are being gradually rolled out and will soon be available in all Deputy accounts. |
