This extension will notify the manager if an employee clocks on more than a set distance from the workplace. Which manager gets the notification?

The workplace location is based on the address given when setting up the location and you may set the distance as well as excluding or including clocking events at Kiosks.

When an employee forgets to clock off at the end of their scheduled shift they will receive a notification on their smartphone or desktop browser, reminding them to do so. This helps reduce accidental time theft and creates more accurate timesheets.

You can set it up so that the manager or the employee is notified or both. Which manager gets the notification?

You can choose to send a notification to the employee based on how late they are.

You can exclude certain areas from applying this notification.

Late To Clock On > Send Notification

Sometimes employees are late to work or forget to clock in for their shift. This feature will send a notification to employees and remind them that their shift is about to start.

You can set it up so that the manager or the employee is notified or both. Which manager gets the notification?

You can also configure how many minutes employees have to be to clock on to trigger the notification.

You can exclude certain areas from applying this notification.
