When you were first invited to join Deputy you were invited to set a password.
Your password is needed to access the Deputy website or mobile apps.
If you need to reset the password please follow these steps:
- Reset Your Password from the Deputy website
- Reset Your Password from your Deputy mobile app
- Problems logging in with two factor authentication
Reset Your Password from the Deputy website
1. Log in to the Deputy website and click on Forgot Password?
2. You will be prompted to enter your email address then click Let's Do This.
3. Click the link in the email you receive, which will take you to the reset password screen in your web browser.
4. Enter a new password in the field shown.
5. You may now return to log in to Deputy with your new password.
Reset Your Password from your Deputy mobile app
1. Open the Deputy app on your phone and from the login screen tap on Forgot Password?
2. You will be prompted to enter your email address then tap Let's Do This.
3. Click the link in the email, which will take you to the reset password screen in the web browser on your phone.
4. Enter a new password in the field shown.
5. You may now return to the Deputy mobile app to log in with your new password.
Problems logging in with two factor authentication
If you have Two Factor Authentication enabled but are having problems authenticating yourself as you log in to Deputy please ask the System Administrator in your organisation to reset it for you.
