Yes, News Feed posts can have the following file formats attached:
JPG, PNG, MP4, MOV and PDFs
You can attach up to 4 files per post.
What size limits apply to attachments?
You can attach up to 100MB for every attachment.
Can I insert a link in my post?
Yes, just write or copy the URL into your post and the receiver will be able to click on it and open the webpage in their web browser.
What is the character limit on a News Feed post?
3000 characters per post.
What is the character limit on a News Feed comment?
500 characters per post.
Can I edit a post?
Currently, you are unable to edit news feed posts once they have been posted but you can delete posts you have created.
Can managers block team members from creating posts?
Yes, System administrators can disable specific user access level groups of team members from posting and/or commenting on News Feed posts in Business Settings.
