Overview
From 1 October 2025, Deputy introduced three new pricing plans:
- Lite
- Core
- Pro
These plans are designed to better reflect how customers use Deputy.
If you're a new customer, you'll see these plans when signing up for Deputy.
Eligible existing customers will transition to the new plans over time. If your account is scheduled to transition, we'll notify you by email before any changes are made so you'll know what to expect.
How do I know which plan I'm on?
To view your current plan details:
1. Log into once.deputy.com and click Settings for the relevant business.
2. Select Subscription from the navigation menu.
Here, you'll find your plan details under the Your plan section.
Can't access Subscription information? Contact your System Administrator.
Will my account change automatically?
Yes. Eligible accounts will transition automatically over time. Deputy will notify you by email beforehand if your account is scheduled to transition, including information about what to expect and any actions you may need to take.

Yes. Unless an article specifically refers to a discontinuing plan or feature, the product instructions remain accurate regardless of your plan.
I can't find a feature mentioned in a help article.
Some features are available only on certain plans. Refer to our Pricing plans article or your subscription details to confirm what's included in your plan.
I'm an existing customer. Do I need to do anything?
Not immediately. If your subscription is changing, we will contact the relevant System Administrator with any required information or next steps.
