This article is for Enterprise accounts with Messaging enabled. It explains where System Administrators can go to manage Messaging and News Feed permissions for your team members.
Configure Team Member Permissions
If you're a Deputy Enterprise user, you can configure permissions by going to Enterprise > Access Levels and Permissions. In the Communications section, you can go into each access level and configure the four team member permissions for Messaging as well as the News Feed.
