Use the Penalty & overtime rates report to minimize wage expenditure by viewing penalties and overtime hours and costs across your locations, areas and team members.

What is in the Penalty & overtime rates report?
Filters
All tables in this report will be acted upon using the built-in drop-down menus to select specific:
- Timesheet date (defaults to display the last 2 weeks but this date range can be edited as required). Note: the asterisk indicates this filter is required to be set to run the report.
- Pay rate
- Pay rate type
- Pay rate tag
- Timesheet location
- Timesheet area
- Include/exclude leave timesheets
- Team member
- Pay centre
- Employment type
Table of pay rates by team member
A table displaying pay rate hours/units and cost per team member.
The table will default to show data from the last 2 weeks, but can be edited as required using the filters.
The table of Pay rates by team member contains the following data fields:
- Team member name
- Employment Type
- Pay Rate Name
- Total Hours/Units
- Total Cost

A table displaying pay rate hours/units and cost per location & area.
