Contract renewal
Your contract may auto-renew or be up for renewal. Your Customer Success Manager should be in touch with you to update this ahead of time. Please contact your Customer Success Manager or email csm@deputy.com for renewal queries.
How to update the minimum committed number of users in your account
On a contract you will have nominated a minimum number of users for the contract term, also called a minimum commitment or ‘min commit’. Any users above the min commit amount will be invoiced monthly as overages at the overage rate.
Example: your minimum commitment is 250 users. For the month of February, you had 260 users in the account. You will receive an invoice in March for February's usage with x10 overage charges for the additional 10 users in the account.
You can update your minimum commitment by contacting your Customer Success Manager or Account Manager (am@deputy.com). For the avoidance of doubt, min commits can be increased but not decreased within the contract period.
Request a copy of your contract
Please contact your Customer Success Manager or email csm@deputy.com for a copy of your contract.
