What does the Epos Now Deputy integration do?

When you connect Epos Now to Deputy the integration will:

• sync your staff members in Epos Now to Deputy.
• sync daily transactions to add sales data from each Epos Now locations to each of your mapped Deputy locations to assist with smart scheduling.

Note: the integration type is a one-way connection in the direction of Epos Now to Deputy and is powered by Doshii. 

What access permissions do you need to set up the integration?

System Administrator access to Deputy.

How to connect Epos Now to Deputy

Ensure you have signed up for a Deputy account and set up your organisation in Deputy before you begin. 

Install the Deputy app within Epos Now

1. Log into your Epos Now Back Office
2. Select APPS (left-hand side)
3. Type Deputy into the Search Apps search bar and hit enter on your keyboard
4. Select Deputy and click GET FREE APP
5. On the next page, choose your location and select INSTALL FREE APP

The Deputy app will now be installed in your Back Office. 

Set up the Deputy connection

1. Within your Back Office, select APPS (left-hand side)
2. Select My Apps (along the top)
3. Locate Deputy and select SETUP
4. On the following page, select Authorise
5. On the popup, sign into your Deputy account
6. Select the Deputy business you wish to use (using the drop-down menu)
7. Once authorised, use the checkboxes located under Deputy Settings to customise your settings
8. Use the drop-down menus located under Deputy Location Settings to match each of your Epos Now locations to the correct Deputy equivalent 
9. Use the drop-down menus located under Deputy Role Settings to match each of your Epos Now staff roles to the correct Deputy equivalent
10. Once the above has been completed, select Save Settings (bottom right corner)
11. Scroll down until you see the Deputy Initial Synchronization section and select Perform Sync,
