The Deputy mobile app is available for either:
- iOS (iPhones) running iOS 17 or higher
- Android phones running Android 7.0 and up.
The minimum supported version of our mobile app is version 25.34.0 on iOS and 25.34.1 on Android. If you're having mobile app login issues, manually update your app via the App Store or Google Play Store and try logging in again. If you continue to have login issues, please reach out to Customer Support.
Please note: If you are using a phone that uses ColorOS (Oppo), MIUI OS (Xiaomi), HarmonyOS (Huawei), or any other mobile operating system that is not the standard version of Android OS; your device may run into compatibility issues with the Deputy mobile app.
