How can I or my employees continue to clock into shifts on iOS Kiosk / Android Time Clock?
You can continue to clock into your Kiosk app by using your unique Kiosk PIN. Refer to the answers below if you do not know what your PIN is or would like to change it.
Where can I or my employees find their iOS Kiosk / Android Time Clock PIN?
Your unique PIN (named Kiosk PIN) is the same no matter whether you are using Kiosk on an iPad or Time Clock on an Android tablet. You can find your unique Kiosk PIN in the following locations below.
On the Deputy kiosk:
You can find instructions on how to retrieve your Kiosk PIN via SMS or email on I forgot my Deputy Kiosk or Time Clock PIN.
On Deputy web (computer or mobile web browser):
You can find your Kiosk PIN by going to your global profile.
If you are already logged in to a business on Deputy on your web browser, you can find your Kiosk PIN in the top right-hand corner by clicking Account overview > Profile > Kiosk PIN
Alternatively, if you are not logged into Deputy on your web browser, you can first log into your account via once.deputy.com using your usual Deputy login credentials.
You can find your Kiosk PIN by going to Edit Profile > Profile > Kiosk PIN
The Kiosk PIN sits here in the Edit Profile > Profile for both methods above.
On the Deputy iOS mobile app:

If you are part of an Enterprise account:
You will find the Kiosk pin in the General tab, at the very bottom section called Login Information > PIN
If an employee was previously invited to Deputy via email but has never changed their Kiosk PIN, they can also find their PIN in their original invite email.
How can I change my Kiosk/Time Clock PIN?

Managers can access their (not yet invited to Deputy) employee’s PIN by accessing their employee profile in the People tab on Deputy.
1. On the People tab, click the employee’s name.
