Please ensure you are familiar with how to Export timesheets from Deputy.

To export timesheets from Deputy and import them into FlexiTime then you need to ensure:

• The employee's Payroll ID in Deputy matches their Display name in FlexiTime.
• The pay rates in Deputy match the Work name in FlexiTime

In Deputy, you add or edit an employee's Payroll ID in the Employment details section of their employee profile on the People tab. Please ensure the Payroll ID you set in Deputy exactly matches the employee's Display name in FlexiTime then click Save.

In FlexiTime (PayHero), you can edit an employee's Display Name by clicking on the Manage tab at the top of the screen.

Select the Employees tab to add a new employee or display a list of existing names. Click Edit next to the name of the employee you wish to edit the Display Name for.

 Please click Save if you change the employee's details.

You will also need to match the Pay Rate names in Deputy to the Work name in FlexiTime.

In Deputy, the option to name your pay rates will appear when you select FlexiTime in the Export menu.

These pay rates are your weekday, Saturday, Sunday and public holiday rates.

To change what your pay rates are exporting as in Deputy Timesheets please read Edit timesheet export code. 

In FlexiTime, to set up your Work in FlexiTime, please follow the steps in this PayHero help article on Work. The Work name and the Pay Rate name must be the same, down to capital letters and spaces.
