Things to keep in mind
When purchasing Deputy directly through the ADP Marketplace, you are being resold Deputy by ADP. Your billing will be consolidated in the same invoice as your ADP Run account. What does that mean for me as far as support?

- Any unsolved issues by Deputy support and the ADP + Deputy webinar should be escalated to your ADP rep.
- If they are not able to assist, your rep will send a request to the ADP + Deputy implementation team to resolve your issue.

Purchasing multiple Deputy for Run to connect to multiple Deputy accounts
To connect multiple Deputy accounts to ADP you will need to follow this process:
1. Open both Deputy accounts at the same time on your computer (using different browsers)
2. Open both ADP connection pieces in both accounts
3. Deputy will display an ID as part of this process, this is the unique tenant ID related to that specific Deputy install.
4. Note down both ID numbers.
5. Purchase the connector subscription in ADP Marketplace. When asked for the ID enter both IDs deliminated by a space.
For example, if the IDS are 1234 and 5678 for each install individually, please type
"1234 5678"
This will unlock both installs with the ADP connector. You will need to ensure you have authorised both installs with ADP as well.
